Job Purpose: To provide crucial administrative and operational support to the IPS Client Success team, enhancing the team's capacity to deliver high-quality services to IPS broker leads and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of client engagements, including Transition Programs, Visioning Sessions, QBR/ABRs, and Portfolio Analyses. Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and reports. Maintain and update client databases and tracking systems. Coordinate and schedule client meetings and internal team sessions. Help streamline and standardize Client Success processes and templates. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IPS tools and resources. Assist in gathering and analyzing client feedback and market data. Support the implementation of Client Success initiatives and programs. Collaborate with IPS broker leads and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with various JLL technologies and platforms, including JLL/T Suite, PAT, MapIT, and ArcGIS/ESRI. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for client service. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience or internship in commercial real estate or related field. Familiarity with CRE industry trends and best practices. Experience with data visualization and presentation tools.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
