As the Analyst for LMS, you will partner with our business leaders to grow Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Technology team reporting to the Manager, Learning Technologies, you will support projects including building learning objects in our learning management system (LMS) and partnering with our learning organization on the best approaches to deploy learning to our Team Members.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your daily will be like:
\n\nDevelop learning objects in the LMS such as online courses, instructor-led classes, and learning paths.\nProvide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to gain visibility into learning registrations/completions and the Team Members who participate.\nEvaluate new functionality within the LMS and perform regression testing for application upgrades.\nDevelop training documentation for users and administrators on the use of the LMS.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nConsult with internal/external teams on technical specifications and best practices for deploying learning items in our LMS.\nBe a point of escalation to resolve technical issues in the LMS and ensure all cases are closed promptly and that interactions uphold our high Hilton standards for customer service.\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nCreation or modification of learning courses or paths including online learning and virtual instructor-led sessions.\nReview new functionality within the LMS and identify how we can best implement those features to benefit our Team Members.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nTwo or more years of experience working with an LMS such as Cornerstone SBX or SuccessFactors Learning.\nTwo or more years of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate, and publishing content to SCORM/AICC/xAPI using those tools.\nTwo or more years of experience working with service automation systems like ServiceNow to handle user requests and support incidents.\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nPrior experience with integrations with virtual classroom products like WebEx and Microsoft Teams\nPrior experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate\nExperience with building reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau\nUnderstanding of integrations with external systems, especially Human Capital Management systems including Oracle HCM\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
