We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member’s career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate\. \*\*Available benefits may vary depending upon terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plans\. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. **What your daily will be like:** + Develop learning objects in the LMS such as online courses, instructor\-led classes, and learning paths\. + Provide reporting and insights on registration and learning data to gain visibility into learning registrations/completions and the Team Members who participate\. + Evaluate new functionality within the LMS and perform regression testing for application upgrades\. + Develop training documentation for users and administrators on the use of the LMS\. **How you will collaborate with others:** + Consult with internal/external teams on technical specifications and best practices for deploying learning items in our LMS\. + Be a point of escalation to resolve technical issues in the LMS and ensure all cases are closed promptly and that interactions uphold our high Hilton standards for customer service\. **What deliverables you will take ownership of:** + Creation or modification of learning courses or paths including online learning and virtual instructor\-led sessions\. + Review new functionality within the LMS and identify how we can best implement those features to benefit our Team Members\. **WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Two or more years of experience working with an LMS such as Cornerstone SBX or SuccessFactors Learning\. + Two or more years of experience with content authoring tools including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate, and publishing content to SCORM/AICC/xAPI using those tools\. + Two or more years of experience working with service automation systems like ServiceNow to handle user requests and support incidents\. **It would be useful if you have:** + Prior experience with integrations with virtual classroom products like WebEx and Microsoft Teams + Prior experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate + Experience with building reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau + Understanding of integrations with external systems, especially Human Capital Management systems including Oracle HCM **WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON** Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \(https://jobs\.hilton\.com/us/en/brands\) \.
