Analyst, Listings & Capital Markets
Overview Job Purpose In this high-visibility position, the Analyst will support NYSE’s Global Listings team and NYSE management in obtaining new business and strengthening existing business. The Analyst will conduct data analysis, prepare presentation materials, oversee the new listing process (from pipeline to presentation to deal execution), manage databases and work cross functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders. Analyst will liaise with C-level executives, investor relations professionals, underwriters, outside counsel, members of the trading community, sales, events, marketing and regulation. Responsibilities Dually support Capital Markets and Listings business lines Understand and communicate NYSE value proposition Customize presentations for IPO prospects, client meetings and other transactions that include capital market updates, industry comparisons, deal tables, peer trading comparisons and visibility proposals Lead companies through listing application process, acting as advocate and point of contact for prospects pre-IPO Maintain databases and report to management on market landscape, KPIs and deal pipeline Execute Designated Market Maker (DMM) interviews with issuers Develop strategic projects for the NYSE, from brainstorms through project management, presentation of concepts and execution Knowledge and Experience Degree in finance, economics, entrepreneurship, management or related field Experience in Capital Markets or other directly applicable industry Strong functional and interpersonal skills Strategic and analytic thinker Solution-oriented with a positive “can do” attitude Proactive, self-motivated and able to take individual responsibility Strong project management skills Meticulous attention to detail Juggles multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with FactSet, IPREO/S&P, Pitchbook, and/or Salesforce a bonus Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of 1 day per week. Base Salary Range for New York Candidates The expected base salary for this role is between $71,7000 - 94,900. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
