Your new role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Brazil, focusing on the Latin American market. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategies within the entertainment industry, specifically for kids and animation across both linear and streaming platforms. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, developing close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across initiatives.
Your role accountabilities:
Support the planning process for Latin America, contributing to strategic discussions and providing market insights to enhance campaign effectiveness;Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager & specialist and other team members in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for both local and regional intellectual properties (Ips) – Main focus LOP;Support in the definition and update of content priorities and alignment of promotional calendar with regional and local team for the different spaces (auto promo, inplatform, crosspromo);Implementation of ambidextrous campaigns (linear and streaming) monitoring all phases and interfacing with related areas;Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and distribution, to facilitate go-to-market strategies and maximize campaign impact. Analyze marketing results and metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success;Work with data & insights to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, helping to inform marketing strategies and approaches;Assist in budget tracking and follow-up, ensuring projects stay within financial limits and providing recommendations for effective resource allocation;Carry out and formalize bidding processes for purchases with the procurement area; Assistance with payment and contract requests for the area;Direct contact with vendors;Assist on presentations with materials and analysis;Support for internal events and large events;Control over the delivery and organization of the production of gifts;Maintenance of the One Drive network with the area's history (considering assets, documents, reports and data);Care and maintenance of the area's stock (including gifts, costumes, inflatables and statues).Qualification & Experiencie:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business on a related field;
Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role within the entertainment industry, preferably focusing on kids and animation and in digital marketing;
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software;
Result Oriented;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams & with partners;
Ability & flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Creativity and curiosity;
Ability to follow marketing and communication trends, customer oriented;
Fluent English & Spanish understanding.
Other nice to have:
Broad knowledge and experience in Brazilian Pay TV Marketing;
General knowledge of Digital tools;
Ability to Prioritize own agenda and promote;
Ability to Promote relationship with internal and external clients.
