Analyst, Marketplace Operations
Description:
ServiceChannel is looking for highly motivated people to join our growing Marketplace team. In this role, you will help scale our new services, SC Managed, a data-driven “FM as a Service” solution, and Scout, a provider optimization service for ServiceChannel’s largest customers. As a member of the Marketplaces Operations team, you will play the role of builder, doer & strategist. This is an entrepreneurial role, requiring a solutions-oriented, team player who can wear multiple hats and come up with creative solutions to new problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage ServiceChannel’s industry-leading data platform to procure high-performing providers for the SCOUT & SC Managed programs Conduct deep-dive cost analysis for ServiceChannel’s largest clients, particularly around optimizing their provider network in targeted trades & metropolitan markets Support daily marketplace operations through the continual oversight of service provider allocation on ServiceChannel’s platform Collaborate on cross-functional improvement initiatives (e.g., systematically improving service provider performance) with analytics and reporting solutions Provide ad hoc support for strategic projects and process improvements (e.g., improve the efficiency of internal operations) Work with sales and marketing teams to offer compelling data that attracts new clients to our business
Required Skills & Experience:
1+ years in operations, performance marketing, consulting or analytics-based role Strong analytical skills exhibited in prior experience (with a preference for Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) Constant learner, with a scrappy can-do attitude, and a hunger to take things on Self-starter who is able to work independently and take on a high level of ownership Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment Intellectual curiosity to go deep into data, identify trends, and ask questions
