Technology and Operations (“Tech Ops”) is responsible for the development of the rm's operating infrastructure to support BlackRock's investment businesses worldwide. Tech Ops establishes and coordinates operational procedures internally and externally with clients, custodians, accounting agents, prime brokers, broker-dealers, and other vendors and is responsible for managing BlackRock's relationships. Client Experience Wealth Services ("CXW") is a unit within Tech Ops.

TeamOverview

The Wealth Intermediaries Onboarding sits within CXW, supporting the initial onboarding and ongoing change events of third-party rms that invest in BlackRock off-shore retail funds. The successful candidate will work in a team of 8 specialists in our Budapest office. The team is involved in all phases of the initial contracting, fee setup, and ongoing change events.

Role Responsibility

Partner with our sales and client service teams to manage the onboarding experience by clearly articulating the key milestones to implement new onboardings or to effect a desired change.Review agreement schedules and manage the administrational tasks with onboarding activities.Provide critical control functions such as requesting/receiving sign-offs from key stakeholders in advance of new onboardings/changes becoming effective and incorporating service level agreements into credible end-to-end timelines.Build strong relationships across the organization by listening carefully to our internal stakeholders and working with them to deliver for the rm.

Experience

A bachelor’s degree is preferred0-3 years experienceMeaningful investment industry experience within a cross-border management company, outsourced fund service provider, investment consultant, or professional services rm with knowledge of the wider distribution landscape for regulated investment products is an advantage.Strong commitment to service excellence with the analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize issues. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize the most critical business issues.Ability to identify and approach situations with a risk-based methodology and craft creative solutions.Highly effective oral and written communication skills. Intellectual passion and interpersonal skills to establish credibility with senior managers and their teams.Self-starter who is results-driven and possesses a high degree of self-motivation.An inventive, dedicated teammate, able to work with people of all levels.#EarlyCareers

Our hybrid work model
