Job Description

To identify and analyse improvement opportunities across a dedicated Business Line / Corporate Function in order to realise effective and measurable benefits through improved and by automation of processes. To develop and implement RPA opportunities and projects in order improve business processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 

First Degree in Information Technology

Experience Required :

1 - 2 years  - Experience in business analysis, process flow and business process improvement1 - 2 years  - Experience required in development and implementation of RPA solutions using various automation tools.

Key Outputs :

Assess all potential risks of proposed process changes or automations and follow formal governance protocolAssess the feasibility of automation versus other business process improvement methodologiesDrive adoption and change management of automation solutions in the various business unitsDesign to-be processes to ensure streamlined and automated solutionsDevelop solutions to automate manual business processes by utilising RPA, workflow or other recognized technologies
