What is the opportunity?
A Client Reporting Analyst serves as a key partner to RBC US Wealth Management business leaders by providing expertise in the analysis, measurement and communication of financial and non-financial objectives and making recommendations regarding the financial management of the business.
What will you do?
o Conduct research, analyses and review of Client Reporting functions and processes.
o Prepare and review month-end activities for statement production.
o Review confirm process for reasonableness and accuracy on a daily basis.
o Prepare and present results and insight to senior management.
o Contribute to the budget analysis as well as short- and long-term forecasting processes and advise business partners.
o Identify risks and opportunities to the successful execution of plans. Participate in multiple projects aimed at identifying and implementing changes to current business practices.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
o Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
o 5-7+ years of experience in financial industry
Nice-to-have
o Experience with Excel, Access and similar data tools.
o Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
o Ability to take initiative, be productive, and solve problems independently while being part of a team.
o Highly organized with effective time/project management skills.
o Curious and creative – explores new ideas and is challenged by change.
o Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
