About the Role:

In this role you’ll be working with multiple cross-functional teams as we set our goals towards streamlining our processes and controls. Working under the Finance Operations Manager you’ll help facilitate the quote-to-cash process by partnering with Sales to drive revenue, working with GTM to streamline processes, and being the SME to enable your internal teams.

What You'll Do: Serve as the point of contact for the Order Management team in managing and driving cross-functional projects with the objective of documenting and scaling existing processes and systems Perform ad hoc analysis, data extractions, and creating Salesforce dashboards to identify and resolve critical business issues. Work with Product, ESYS and Sales Ops teams to build and scale org’s initiatives and processes to improve the quality of the operations experience. Act as a trusted advisor to the sales org to ensure deals are processed adhering to finance audit and policies. Communicate and enable the Order Management team on relevant team updates. Document system workflows and process improvements relating to CPQ, billing and provisioning processes / systems. Become a subject matter expert on our systems and processes.   What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or closely related field 2+ years of experience with Saas systems focusing on the commerce to cash process Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate complex scenarios in a clear and concise manner. Ability to critically think through and communicate complex scenarios / topics in a clear, logical manner Experience with SFDC required, Experience with SFDC CPQ (Steelbrick), Zuora, & Jira preferred Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technology quickly Ability to learn and influence virtually in a remote environment
