**Overview**
The Analyst position is an entry-level position that uses paid social media knowledge and expertise to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You'll help to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and lead tactical execution and optimization of social programs.
**What we’re looking for:**
+ Some familiarity and hands-on-keyboard experience across paid social platforms such as Meta and TikTok
+ Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time - time management skills are critical
+ Proficient excel skills; ability to analyze and report out on data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
+ Ability to stay on top of industry news and development of POVs; exploring of new opportunities with Social partners
**Responsibilities**
+ Helps to oversee execution of paid social media plan across two LOBs
+ Plays a role in strategy development across primary Social partners – maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
+ Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
+ Works closely and helps oversee Offshore team to ensure daily tasks and campaign pacing are on track
+ Point of contact for internal teams such as Investment, Strategy and Analytics, as well as being a source of truth for external teams
+ Oversees budgets and monthly billing processes
+ Own social reporting and shared insights: ability to maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against benchmarks
**Qualifications**
+ 0 - 2 years of overall media planning experience; including channels like social, SEM, display, etc.
+ 0 - 2 years hands-on-keyboard Paid Social experience in Meta, TikTik and/or Reddit Ads/Business Manager.
+ Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of the team
+ Excellent writing and communication skills
+ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $49,305 - 71,645. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
