+ This position is responsible for auditing US and Canada based director and above expense reports to remain compliant with the expense reimbursement policy.
+ Responsible for supporting three American Airlines Managing Directors on a broad range of issues.
+ The role is a part of the Payroll Operations team within our Finance division based in PHX.
**What you'll do**

+ Protects the integrity of confidential information for all matters
+ Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and requests
+ Plan and prepare meetings (logistics, documents, presentations, catering, etc.) for the PHX based controller team and the senior vice president when visiting in PHX
+ Assist in managing the multipurpose rooms
+ Audit expense reports, work with team members on policy exceptions and documentation
+ Communicate policy and Concur user guides to new leaders, assist with related questions
+ Update Workbrain for the director and above level for the PHX based controller team
+ Manage invoices and ordering of supplies for the PHX based controller team
+ Assist in special projects
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience5+ years’ work experience in a prior executive assistant or office management position or 3+ years of AA experience

+ Bachelor's degree
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Workbrain, Concur, Coupa, and SharePoint experience preferred
+ Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
+ Skilled analytics and problem solving
+ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and function as an integral part of a team with minimal supervision
+ Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
