The Analyst, Payroll Operations plays an instrumental role in ensuring that payroll processes and systems continuously serve the Company’s International Payroll Operations, according to varying international payroll requirements and compliance regulations. There will be a high focus on our process and information management initiatives, creating new tools and improving existing tools; all required to support the EMEA Payroll Operations Team. Responsibilities Ensure monthly payroll is processed properly across countries Team up with the Project & Payroll Teams in order to bring projects to completion Work closely with Project Manager (Payroll Operations Team), IT department and third parties to ensure data accuracy Being active in understanding the stakeholders needs and priorities Being a translator of what payroll operations need to IT department Creation and maintenance of tools and systems (i.e., Excel templates for data processing) High focus on process and information management initiatives including tools daily maintenance and improvement (Excel, VBA, Power Query), data validation and analysis Upload payroll information into the system to ensure correct payroll processing across countries Creation and maintenance of PeopleSoft queries for reporting and data extraction Qualifications Who You Are Minimum 2 years of experience in same/similar the role You have experience in Payroll (HR is a plus) Strong analytical skills to understand evolving key business requirements Creative mindset applied to problem solving Outstanding data management skills Ability to work in Team, under pressure and with third party vendors Experience in international environment Energetic, initiative and service oriented Excellent communication skills for partnering with multiple departments in the organization Fluency in English both written and verbal is required; the knowledge of other European languages is an advantage Requirements Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (data input, reporting, data navigation) or another HRMS System Microsoft Excel (VBA and Power Query would be great, but not mandatory) Microsoft Power Apps (Power BI, Power Automate) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Python
