The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.
Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree holderMust have at least 1-2 years work experience Process Mapping & AnalysisExperience in process analysis and improvementHas high attention to details and able to interpret data trendsExperience in performing data analysisStrong business process and workflow analytical skillsKnowledge in developing business/process requirementsMust have knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma PrinciplesExcellent presentation and communication skillsLean Six Sigma Yellow Belt CertifiedMS Office Tools SkillsExcel – Intermediate - AdvancedPowerPoint – BasicSharePoint – BasicWord – BasicGood to have: Familiarity in using Business Process Management tool like Verint DPA and ProHanceGood to have: Experience in using SQL, PowerBI or TableauWhat is expected of you and others at this level
