+The analyst will support the leadership team by assisting with creating weekly
and monthly reports, for distribution.
+ Track, monitor and report progress against timeframes and key milestones
+ Update and maintain project-related matereials to ensure accuracy, identify
errors, and recommend appropirate stratgeies, and solutions
+ Review and report prior authorization data to determine root cause of errors
+ Prepare data files and collaborate with clinical staff to communicate compli
ance success during internal and external audits
+ Generate and report external partner data to demonstrate successful
outcomes
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a managed care environment (UM /CM/BH)
+ HS Diploma
+ Microsoft Excel/Word experience (intermediate)
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous Managed Care experience
+Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Confidence working at home/independent thinker ,using tools to collaborate
and connect with virtual teams
Education
HS Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
