Quality Assurance Analyst - Analytics (Multiple Positions) - Learjet Inc. (Wichita, KS)
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on quality data associated with key performance metrics, identifying patterns and correlations, and generate insights to achieve organization’s strategic goals. Enhance and maintain existing daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports in quality MS Access, SAP, and other databases. Develop data visualization dashboards for quality organization and provide a self-serve platform with real-time insights to stakeholders utilizing platforms such as ERoom and MS PowerBI. Identify and accurately map data anomalies using spreadsheet modelling and SQL Database. Conduct assessment of existing quality governance metrics by generating strategic trend reports and dashboards to measure KPIs to optimize performance and maximize revenue. Provide Inter-departmental support in QA related analytics activities such as, setting up internal audit database, audit governance, internal audit dashboard, audit metrics tracking and reporting, audit follow-up, and supplier quality follow-up and coordination. Telecommuting permitted up to 30%. May work at our company offices in Dallas, Chicago, Hartford, Opa Loka, Tucson, or Wichita.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Utilizing data visualization tools, such as PowerBI for descriptive and predictive analysis; Database management for data extraction, analysis, and reporting; Data compilation and tracking methods; Reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Project management, including managing projects across departments; Writing policy and procedure methods, including benchmarking and document mapping; and Reviewing Regulatory Quality Systems (FAA, EASA, or CAAC), Quality Assurance, or other technical systems within a regulatory environment.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: Experience in the technical field, including technology, documentation, technical writing, data extraction and reporting tools, website development, or Office; and Business data analysis, dashboard creation, and KPI development.
Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. approximately 5%.
Telecommuting permitted up to 30%. May work at our company offices in Dallas, Chicago, Hartford, Opa Loka, Tucson, or Wichita.
