Our Restructuring practices’ aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. Our clients include major high street banks, asset-based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, corporates and individuals. We are tasked with offering transaction and advisory services along with expert guidance to both domestic and foreign organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.
We are seeking an Analyst to support the Indian Restructuring business. The position will be based in Mumbai and will ultimately report to the Managing Directors within the Restructuring Practice. An Analyst will be responsible for the various day-to-day procedures involved in the successful operation of the business and for ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market and economy research To liaise with and provide feedback to company stakeholders, lenders, legal counsels, employees and directors Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports. To take ownership of work assignments and manage their own workload. To keep line managers appraised on progress. To assist and support other members of the team as required. To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a “can do” approach. The job may involve travel to clients’ sites, away from the Office.Skills:

2-3 year’s post-graduate professional work experience. Financial or commercial experience in audit, management accounting or similar preferred. MBA, Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management (with a concentration in Finance) from an accredited college or university Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar.
