What you will do:
 

Support ERP implementation and development related to accurate and timely accounting processes. Contribute to IT enhancements, project work and issue resolution including prioritization of items, documenting business requirements, and aiding in testing prior to implementation in SAP system. Support the Proprietary Products Accounting team through system report creation in multiple reporting tools including Power BI, Business Insights Analytics and SAP as needed to support business operations and/or back-office staff. High level inventory, royalty, and rebate reporting analysis and P&L research projects as needed. Administer accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliation and transactional review. Support coverage for supervisors as needed, providing direction, work review, and approval signoff for journal entries, account reconciliations and SOX reporting for inventory accountants. Support Inventory staff on coverage of inventory accounting responsibilities as needed, including journal entries, cost adjustments, account reconciliations and transactional review. Additional duties as assigned by Director, Retail, Proprietary Products Accounting or other Proprietary Products Accounting Management.

 

What you will bring:
 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field. An emphasis or minor in Accounting Information Systems is preferred. 4+ years of practical experience. In-depth technical knowledge of systems as they relate to accounting functions. Proven leadership skills which include leading by example and working well with others. Ability to prioritize and work with competing deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Power BI. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to understand and analyze issues and apply accounting standards to reflect accurate financial reporting. Previous SAP experience is preferred.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 
 

Salary Range $79,100 - $146,800/annually. This range is estimated for Analyst, Retail, Proprietary Products Acccounting in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
