The team you will be a part of

Retail Operations & Trade Marketing which is responsible for execution and driving business from Retail. We take care of driving the Sell-Outs and visibility at the shop floor by creating right consumer experience and training & developing retail workforce

This role in summary

⦁    Automation of sellout based report, business analytics and dashboards planning
⦁    Analysis of display share, market share, key input metrices and end results
⦁    Automation and development of Retail learning management system, certifications
⦁    Value added programs- Custodian of loyalty programs-Development & execution
⦁    User testing- ease of use/adaptability and updation of business related elements
⦁    To work closely with field teams to understand and act on industry 1st initiatives


 

Your responsibilities will include

⦁    Automation of sellout based report, business analytics and dashboards planning
⦁    Analysis of display share, market share, key input metrices and end results
⦁    Automation and development of Retail learning management system, certifications
⦁    Value added programs- Custodian of loyalty programs-Development & execution
⦁    User testing- ease of use/adaptability and updation of business related elements

Stakeholder Management
⦁    Internal: HO teams, category teams, marketing teams
⦁    Regional: RRMM's, RM's, BM's
⦁    External: Agencies, vendors, common competition sources

Minimum requirements

MBA/PG with 4-6 years of experience in relevant field

Preferred skills and experiences

Experience of business analytics & system automation, learning and development tools. 4-6 years in the similar fields is what we are looking at.
