Role Responsibilities

Supporting Risk Managers in country risk assessment production, consolidating key qualitative and quantitative data points, and producing year-on-year comparisons.

Preparing, mainly through Power BI, risk data, views, and analysis required to complete the global country risk assessment process.

Contributing to the development of dashboards and templates for AML/CTF compliance risk assessment and related outputs.

Creating, documenting, quality reviewing, and presenting ad hoc risk assessments, risk models, and KRI/KCI/KPI monitoring.

Role Requirements

College or university degree as well as 1-3 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write/read/modify/debug queries.

Experience with, or ability to learn, Power BI (building/updating dashboards).

Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with formulas, formatting, and pivots. Familiarity with Macros would be considered an advantage.

Familiarity with Snowflake and Alteryx would be considered an advantage.

Having an analytical mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary and multicultural arena is expected.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and willingness to ask questions proactively.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1750 – 2575 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
