How You’ll Make An Impact:

Provide field support with reporting and analytics needs across various levels of the sales organization, including the creation and maintenance of standard and ad-hoc dashboards/reports.Design, develop, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, translating business requirements into accurate, relevant and visually appealing insights and dashboards.Troubleshoot and debug existing dashboards / reports.Create and maintain documentation on new and existing dashboards and data related processesInterview and survey sales team to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to as part of strategic decisions. Prioritize projects that are aligned with main strategic objectives of US THV Sales team.Usage and adoption monitoring via server insights.Server management: user and group management, permissions, data security.Assess sales achievement and other key metrics by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to perform complex analyses. Interpret analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare and facilitate presentations on findings on trends (e.g. sales growth, market trends) to sales management and internal stakeholder team.Generate standardized reports on sales information to track attainment of growth objectives, e.g., sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions and product useIdentify opportunities for innovations in sales tools, present recommendations, and develop specifications for approved tools, as well as training users.Collaborate with cross functional partners (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Inventory, Strategy, etc) to understand their needs, and to develop tailored solutions that address key business challenges and opportunities.


What You'll Need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in related field, 3 years previous analytical experience including spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing

What Else We Look For (Required):

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (highly preferred), or PowerBIFamiliar with CRM applications such as SalesForceProven expertise in MS Excel.Proficient in MS OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.Good knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategiesGood understanding of relational databases, SQL knowledgeStrict attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in metrics, reporting and dashboardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in working with cross functional stakeholders across organization (Leadership, Marketing, Operations, IT)Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and in teams based on project needsPatients first mindsetAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 (highly experienced).
