Job Summary

As Sourcing Analyst, you will facilitate supplier spend analysis, bench marking, contract development, and RFP/RFI development and accompanying results analysis in order to ensure the achievement of established cost reduction goals. To be considered, you should be strategic thinker capable of devising innovative approaches and creative strategies for initiatives such as building cross functional, integrated (horizontal and vertical) supply streams and potential opportunities for additional cross-functional projects.

Experience with RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes requiredExperience Required: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Concatenate, Macros, VBA)Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in related roleExperience with Indirect Sourcing desiredEducation Desired: Bachelors DegreeTravel Required: Regional - Daily, Less than 10%

Job Responsibilities

Develop and prepare RFI, RFP, auction documentation.Analyze bid results and prepare accompanying summaries.Prepare contract documentation for bidding events and resulting follow-up to ensure successful execution of contracts.Calculate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and encourage overall cost reductions.Facilitate a consistent, competitive bidding process for assigned spend categories.Document supply stream processes, policies, procedures, and practices.Identify, understand, and resolve issues concerning the procurement of products and services.Conduct negotiations and supplier selection for medium and small projects.Facilitate and demonstrate fair and ethical supplier practices.Conduct research and analysis within the Enterprise to determine current spending and demand information.Develop and maintain relationships with functional business unit department leaders to ensure that all sourcing is done according to established procedures and that strong partnerships are enhanced and advanced.Offer ideas on possible innovative approaches and creative strategies for building cross functional, integrated (horizontal and vertical) supply streams.
