Your role: 

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our US 3PL Fulfillment Warehousing team. As a Supply Chain Analyst 3PL, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of our third-party logistics (3PL) operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and continuously monitor and analyze results to drive cost savings, improve service levels, and enhance customer satisfaction

What you will be doing:

Key contact for support of day-to-day activities for US 3PL fulfillment warehousing.Manage and/or understand different fulfillment processes such as 3PL warehousing, transportation, sourcing, deployment and production.Analyze 3PL operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement.Educate and consult with internal and external partners to increase service, meet expectations, and encourage process efficiencies through open communications and by developing trusting relationships.

What you'll bring: 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, or a related field.1 - 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics.Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees internally within the company and externally with business partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision in work products.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.A spirit of collaboration across different teams and functions Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel as well as experience with enterprise systems such as J.D. Edwards.English required. Spanish is a plus.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive .
