Job Description:
Hardware - including PCs, dealer boards and mobile devices (itune MDM)Software - including OS and application support for Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, O365Wyse terminal, Microsoft Teams phone, headset setup, configuration, firmware upgrade and administration.Set-up of new PCs and software installation / testing (desktop software and trading application clients)Cabling management – include network patching (dataport, patch panel, switchport) for any device endpoint, labeling work and maintain Cable ID inventory list)Basic network troubleshooting on physical connection isolation (e.g cable tester, cable tracing in patch panel)Tier 1 support for voice platform (Microsoft Teams / IPC dealerboard)Work with tier 2 support and International team for problem solvingWork with Trade floor support and Service desk on user supportSystem monitoring and patching on windows and telephone devicesHardware and software support in business areas (Trading floor, Back Office, Management)Hardware and software inventory record managementProviding IT support service for users in Asia RegionsRequirement:
