+ Responsible for the development of analytical tools that optimize performance visibility and support enterprise level data driven initiatives.
+ Technical Operations Division focuses on maintenance and overhaul of aircraft, aircraft safety, planning and scheduling aircraft maintenance, supply of necessary parts and tools, technical assistance, and strategic support.
+ The role is a part of the Technical Operations Performance and Analytics team team within our Technical Operations group.
**What you'll do**

+ Design and develop reporting and analytics using data models and analytics tools to generate insightful reports and visualizations.
+ Enhances Operational Performance by crafting dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
+ Provide actionable insights to improve Tech Ops performance.
+ Monitor results from solutions that are implemented via the data visualization tools.
+ Provides statistical and quantitative analysis of the data to key stakeholders (including technical and non-technical audiences).
+ Interfaces with IT to institutionalize new tools.
+ Assists with Ad-Hoc analysis as needed.
+ Trains others on new tools as needed.
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent training/experience
+ 3+ years of relevant experience
+ Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of analytics tools, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
+ Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of programming languages, i.e. SQL, Python, etc.
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Advanced knowledge of analytics tools, i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
+ Advanced knowledge of programming languages, i.e, SQL, Python, R, HTML, JavaScript.
+ Domain knowledge in the airline industry is a plus.
+ Experience using cloud platforms is a plus.
+ Experience using Databricks, PySpark/Spark, Snowflake, Azure Cloud, dbt.
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Strong mathematical skills.
+ Strong analytical to identify patterns in data.
+ Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to non-technical audience.
+ Experience in taking complex analysis and turning them into actionable insights.
+ Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
+ Demonstrates aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at same time.
+ Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
