POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst, Technical Operations works as a part of operations team to perform project implementation and daily operations support of the company’s global enterprise server deployment.

He / She performs general configuration management, SW upgrades, optimization of all enterprise server environment, integration and problem isolation/troubleshooting of large-scale global enterprise server platform.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides global enterprise IT 24x7 server and storage operations supportPerform daily monitoring, analysis and administration of technology operationsResponsible to administer integrated technology environment including Windows server, SAN storage, VMware, MS-SQL, Microsoft AD and ExchangeFollow and maintain standards and practices on documentations and operationsPerform hands-on trouble shooting, setup and configuration of Windows server and it’s underlying technologiesRecommend and/or execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, reassign or discipline employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

3+ years experiences in Enterprise server environment with 2 years of system integration exposureExperience in high-availability productions and disaster recovery architecturesPossesses support experience with Windows servers, AD, Exchange, VMWare, SAN Storage, MS-SQL technologiesGaming and entertainment industry exposure an added advantage

Education

Possesses academic diploma or relevant professional qualificationsPreferably with MCSA/MCSE certifications
