Title and Summary
Analyst, Total RewardsOverviewThe Analyst, Benefits Delivery role will be responsible for providing support to benefits and wellbeing programs. This role is responsible for operational and administrative aspects of our benefits programs, primarily for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region. The person in this role will partner with relevant stakeholders, including the Benefits Design team, GBSC (Global Shared Services Center), Payroll, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), P&C (People & Capability) technology, Legal, Sourcing, Transaction services and other groups to ensure programs are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities
•\tSuccessful delivery of the day-to-day operations of all benefits programs including group health, dental, vision, accidental death & dismemberment, life insurance, business travel accident, retirement plans, etc.). including open enrollment, plan renewals, operations, etc.
•\tManage benefits vendors, including performance monitoring, onboarding, and third-party risk management.
•\tEnsure local programs are implemented and partner and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery.
•\tProvide analytical support on Mastercard's Benefits Delivery projects, programs, and ad hoc requests for the LAC Region.
•\tSupport rollout and cyclical benefits communications, including drafting and editing previously drafted communications.
•\tRespond to employee inquiries that are escalated from Mastercard’s GBSC in an effective, clear, and kind manner.
•\tSupport the TPRM process and partner with the TPRM team to close out open compliance issues.
•\tMediate claims between vendors and employees and escalates issues as appropriate.
•\tMaintain data and tables within Mastercard's HR databases.
•\tHelp implement new benefits tools as required.
•\tReview of contracts, with the support of your leader, sourcing and legal.
Experiences/Skills requirements
•\tExperience with benefits operations/delivery, including management of third-party providers and contracts
•\tComputer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use powerpoint and excel; experience with HRIS systems and benefits databases
•\tDemonstrated success handling employee inquiries in accurate, timely fashion
•\tAble to maintain strict confidentiality as required
•\tProven ability to work effectively in a team environment
•\tDemonstrated ability to collate, review and analyze benefits data
•\tExperience working in a global organization
•\tExcellent organization and communication skills, including fluency in English and Spanish
•\tFluency in Portuguese is a plus
•\tStrong analytical skills
