Position: Analyst, Total Rewards
Shift: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per Week (Hybrid/Remote Opportunity)

Experience:

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the employee benefit or compensation field.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Licensures/Certifications: 

Certification in Benefits preferred (e.g., CEBS – Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) or Compensation (e.g., CCP – Certified Compensation Professional). Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, or similar platforms. Understanding of labor laws, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.
