How will you make an impact?

 

Responsibilities

Responsible for FAA mandated record keeping for Envoy pilotsTracks and records training events for all pilots.Ensure accuracy of records of pilot training/qualification in the FOS systemMonitor and track the progression of student training events such as IOE hours and line checksUpdate in-house tracking database (WinPTTRS), FOS (flight operating system)Audit all pilot records to ensure compliance with all applicable TSA, Federal Aviation Regulations and company policyEnter and maintain training records and related dataThe position will involve working both in a team and independently Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

 

Requirements

Minimum age: 18High school diploma, GED, or international equivalentAbility to effectively use Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and WordMust be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesAbility to manage multiple deadlines concurrently and exercise effective time-management skillsWorking experience in airline operations preferredWorking knowledge of SABRE/DECS preferredFOS knowledge preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX, & MATCH preferredKnowledge of VBA Macros preferred
