Responsibilities:
Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management of target companiesIdentifying transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysisResearching technical accounting topics for contemplated transactionsResearching public industry and competitor information relevant to the target companyAnalyzing cyclicality of target’s business and working capital trendsInvestigating contingent liabilities, off-balance sheet items and related party transactionsAnalyzing quality of earnings and non-recurring itemsReviewing target company's accounting policies for proper application of GAAPParticipating in discussions held with ManagementPreparation and control of data-book and certain sections of the reportRequirements:
Chartered Accountant with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skillsDedication to teamwork, and strong personal integrityAbility to master new tasks quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word, Power Point and ExcelAbility to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environmentDemonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding resultsFlexibility with work hours or to travel, as needed Ability to manage confidential, sensitive informationIn order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com.
