Analyst, Transfer Pricing

 

Fulfilling complex transfer pricing requirements can be a daunting task for any multinational organization. As experts in transfer pricing, Kroll provides an independent and uncompromised perspective on all aspects including compliance, planning, controversy and implementation.

We currently seek an Analyst to join our German team in Munich who can participate in multiple transfer pricing engagements, prepare transfer pricing valuations, prepare documentation studies, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop robust transfer pricing solutions allied to relevant tax planning approaches.

As part of our small and dynamic Munich and the broader EMEA TP team, you will have the opportunity to be a determining part in the development of Kroll’s European transfer pricing practice. You will be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Determining appropriate methodologies and building complex TP valuation models

• Developing transfer pricing solutions for complex transactions, business models and restructuring events

• Designing, reviewing and documenting transfer pricing models

• Developing technical solutions to assist with transfer pricing audits and litigation

• Participate in development of the EMEA TP practice and integration into the wider Kroll service offerings

• Preparing transfer pricing documentation for multinationals in various industries

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current Degree Pursuit: Bachelor or Master’s PhD degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration or other relevant degree

• Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience working with diverse teams

• Task Prioritization: Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment

• Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities

• Language Skills: Native/Fluent in German and Fluency in English
