Analyst – HR Data Analytics
The Analyst will focus on executing assigned service requests/ projects/deliverables as per the agreed timelines adhering to the accuracy and quality standards. The incumbent would contribute in deliverables/activities that involve but not restricted to, extracting data from different data sources, data cleaning, data processing and finally representation of information using latest visualization techniques to support business activities, audit and regulatory requests, projects covering Talent Acquisition area.
Principal Accountabilities:
Manage the reporting analytics demand coming through demand channelConsult with stakeholders/requestors to determine requirements in line with group priorities and identify most sustainable solutionGenerate data from relevant HSBC systems as well as external sourcesAdopt and drive greater adoption of self-service platform by educating the stakeholdersInterfaces with business/functions to translate business requirements into executable instructions/ technical.Plays key role in consulting with stakeholders to understand business problems and design data-driven solutionsLend surplus capacity to support BI product evolution activities and promote self-service
