This analyst will report to the Manager, Vendor Compliance, in the Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) Global Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) Business Unit Lead team. The analyst will support with various aspects of the TLM program, helping to maintain a solid control environment per our obligations under the Third Party Management policy (AEMP10). This role requires high degree of working ability in a fast paced and ever-changing environment to assist CA&C Third-Party Relationship Managers (TRMs) and Third Parties to ensure all regulatory compliance and audit requirements are met accurately, completely and on a timely basis. This will include working closely with the TLM team as well as with TRMs to complete TLM pre and post contract deliverables. Candidate will also be responsible for raising awareness and educating CA&C colleagues on TLM program requirements. Candidate will manage all steps in the onboarding cycle, review reports and handle issues requiring research with teams across the company. Candidate will liaise with the CA&C department to ensure guidelines are being followed and valid documentation is in place for all engagements globally.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Collaborate with TRMs to ensure that policy timelines are met and CA&C TLM Control/Compliance rating is protected. Candidate will manage some third-party engagements from start to finish, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and collected throughout the pre and post contract phases of the lifecycle. Help create resource documents to raise awareness and educate Third-Party Risk and Relationships Managers (TRMs) on various requirements of the TLM program. Submit Smartbuy requests, Ariba requisitions, Oracle requisitions, IIQ requests, and GSM/TLM Helpdesk tickets. Monitor purchase requisition approval flows and issue purchase orders to TRMs. Manage research of invoice payment related issues. Assist in setting up new suppliers via the New Vendor Online Form. Assist TRMs in completing required paperwork prior to a TLM risk assessment. Assist in maintaining our CA&C preferred third party list and monitor contract expiration dates. Help organize and maintain CA&C’s third party files. Validate data points with business teams/sourcing missing data, and research information across the various third-party systems. Manage data change requests as required.Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Global Supply Management, Third-Party Management is crucial. Excellent problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations). Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams. Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action. Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change. Strong work ethic with an intense will-to-win and demonstrated personal excellence. The ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Self-motivated, pro-active individual with an analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of global teams and build effective working relationships. Experience in business process improvement Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to network globally. Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders: Third- Party Relationships Managers (TRMs) and VP owners, TLM & TSM Center of Excellence, Global Supply Management (GSM) . Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change. Ability to work with large volume of data in through organized and systematic approach. Create clean, accurate records and meaningful reporting. Proficiency in MS-Excel & PowerPoint. Attention to detail, conflict resolution, and effective time management. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Knowledge of Platforms:

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
