Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL to support strategic decision-making and generate actionable insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into insightful reports and dashboards.Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and develop robust data models for analysis.Create intuitive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals and storytelling best practices.Conduct data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.Perform ad hoc data analysis and deliver KPI reports that support various business units.Present findings in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems,Computer science or a related field.5-8 years of experience in data analysis, with mandatory proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and complex queries.Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and data modeling.Essential knowledge of Power BI, including experience with DAX, Power Query, and creating custom visualizations to communicate insights effectively.Proven experience in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to convey complex data in an easy-to-understand format.Familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach and commitment to data quality.Strong communication skills, able to tailor data presentations for technical and non-technical audiences alike.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
