Analyst 3 – Partner Business Analyst
Description We are in search of a Senior Analyst to strengthen our compliance team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of partner program strategies to boost partner engagement, drive revenue growth, and expand our market reach. Our client is based in Santa Clara County California. Prior experience in KYC, AML, and enhanced due diligence is required. This role is 100% remote and is expected go through March 31st, 2025 (with a strong likelihood to go on passed that). Please apply today. Responsibilities: • Formulate and implement strategies for partner programs aimed at augmenting partner engagement, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. • Cooperate with multiple teams to pinpoint partner needs and opportunities, aligning partner programs with overarching business goals. • Administer the daily operations of PRM systems, ensuring precise data management, and delivering continuous support to partners. • Supervise the allocation and use of MDF, including budget management, program approval, and performance tracking. • Engage closely with partners to maximize the effectiveness of MDF investments, offering guidance and support to guarantee successful execution of co-marketing activities. • Evaluate partner program performance and MDF utilization, identifying patterns, insights, and areas for optimization. • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and fostering collaboration to drive mutual business success. • Remain updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner program management and MDF utilization. • Proficient use of Salesforce.com and Tableau for effective operation and analysis. Requirements • Must have a thorough understanding of Channel Partners. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required. • Strong skills in Tableau are necessary. • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. • Knowledge of business processes and strategies. • Possession of strong decision-making skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with business intelligence tools. • Strong understanding of market trends.
