Analyst - 340B Program Remote
Overview The 340B Analyst identifies, extracts, and records eligible 340B transactions and purchases of 340B eligible products in an effort to maintain compliance and audit preparedness for the Dartmouth Health System’s eligible 340B Entities. Medical Insurance:Two medical plans available through Anthem BC/BS Retirement:Employee contributions arevested immediately. Employees also receive a base employer contribution of 4% of biweekly pay plus a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that is matched with a Health Savings Account and a PPO Plan that features higher premiums balanced by copays and lower deductibles. biweekly matching contribution of 50% on up to 4% of pay saved—for a maximum match of 2% of pay. Paid Time Off: Time Off Paid time off is accrued per pay period based on hours worked. This includes six paid holidays. Dental Vision \#340B #Analyst #Dartmouth-Hitchcock Pharmacy Responsibilities * Performs duties such as: Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System Database audits, 340B Eligible Claim Auditing, meeting with 340B vendors, organizing 340B meetings and agendas, developing and presenting reports for Senior Leadership Stakeholders, calculating financial assessments as needed for budgeting and 340B system performance, extract transactional data for evaluation of 340B purchasing, and reporting out on the 340B Savings realized to the Dartmouth Health System. * Strong knowledge of pharmacy - related drug dosing, available formulations, and prescribing standards to assist with evaluations of 340B claim eligibility. * Participates and is involved in all 340B audits. * Create, interpret, and maintain an ongoing database of available 340B replenishments, 340B Drug purchases, and 340B Claim audit activities. * Gathers, analyzes, and develops dashboards in response to planned and ad hoc requests from Dartmouth Health System Hospital and Pharmacy leadership. * Conduct quality testing and support oversight of successful implementation and maintenance of 340B pharmacy database systems. * Utilizes pre-existing software such as Tableau, MS Excel Power Query, PowerBI, and other analytics tools to query data from multiple sources and join the data to design, develop, and maintain reports that offer insight across Dartmouth Health’s 340B Program * Develop and maintain reports for compliance and audit purposes. This includes but is not limited to final audit findings, tracking the overall financial contribution to the Dartmouth Health organization, and examples for ongoing education. * Supports Dartmouth Health’s System 340B Program growth and enhancements to make recommendations to site leadership. * Supports process improvement projects within Dartmouth Health’s System 340B Program in conjunction with leadership. * Performs other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications * Associates degree or the equivalent of education and relevant experience required. * Minimum of 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required OR 1 year in a data analytic role OR 5 years of 340B Compliance Related experience * Pharmacy Procurement experience preferred. * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Previous 340B experience preferred. * Must possess experience in Excel required. * Prior experience with pharmacy applications like EPIC or 340B split billing software required. * Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills required. * Strong problem solving and customer service skills, along with solid oral and written communication skills required Required Licensure/Certifications - Pharmacy Technician License in the state of New Hampshire and Vermont or the ability to acquire one in the first 90 days * Remote:Fully Remote * Area of Interest:Professional/Management * FTE/Hours per pay period:1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week * Shift:Day * Job ID:30551 Dartmouth Health is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
