Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Platform Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our organization's Power Platform environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft SharePoint. You will ensure smooth operation, governance, and security of the platform while supporting end users in building and maintaining solutions. Experience in SharePoint administration will be a significant plus as many of our solutions are integrated with SharePoint. This role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design and develop solutions that enable business capabilities, enhance user experience and productivity. The ideal candidate is also well versed in the Content and Collaboration domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and monitor Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow).Maintain and manage environments, solutions, connectors, and data gateways for the Power Platform.Implement security policies, user access controls, and role assignments to ensure the integrity of data.Perform regular audits of the Power Platform environment to ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.Managing the Power Platform environment, including design, architecture, availability, performance, monitoring, operational hygiene, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to apps, flows, and data integration.Provide training and technical support to Power Platform users, including citizen developers.Maintain and administer SharePoint Online/On-Premises, focusing on permissions, site management, and integration with Power Platform.Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint lists and libraries and manage SharePoint-based workflows where applicable.Collaborate with IT and business units to establish governance and best practices for both Power Platform and SharePoint.Develop and maintain documentation on configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.Job responsibilities also include providing production support activities.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong knowledge of PowerShell, REST API, SharePoint Services, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform (focus on Power Apps, Power Automate)Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in SharePoint administration (Online or On-Premises), including site and user management, permissions, and workflows.Familiarity with data connectors, APIs, and integration of external data sources with Power Platform solutions.Solid knowledge of security, data governance, and compliance within Power Platform and SharePoint environments.Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide training to end users.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400).Experience with governance tools like Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) kit.Experience working with Data verse and Dynamics 365.Understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory and Logic Apps.Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
