Key Responsibilities

Assessment of new and existing customer consumer credit applications within DLA, and in line with bank policy.End to end processing of consumer credit applications.Credit review and decisioning of applications via refer or decline appeals.Resolution of customer and stakeholder enquiries.Generation of ideas for continuous improvementPositive approach in relation to change and improvement.Timely and professional response to all incoming emails and/or requestsEnsure all follow up is completed in a timely manner.Maintaining and developing detailed technical knowledge in relation to sound credit assessment practices.Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in relation to credit decisions in lines with banks risk profile and appetite.Adapting to a constantly changing environment, both in relation to organizational change, and external market conditions.Maintaining and developing positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Capabilities/Experience:

Knowledge of the consumer lending and credit assessment process.
