Key Responsibilities:

This Analyst - Communication Strategy works to provide a top-shelf engagement experience to team members in the Inflight Crew Planning, Scheduling, and Administration (CSPA) department. They will engage with every part of the organization to ensure department assets are accurate and current, as well as manage a portfolio of initiatives to ensure engagement throughout the team. They will also have responsibilities to engage with appropriate team members to support creation of time-sensitive communications to our Flight Attendant population.

Development and maintenance of CSPA department sitesProduction and execution of employee engagement initiatives and eventsDevelopment and execution of time-sensitive communication materialsCommunication writing and video content crafting
