Candidate profileDegree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or any related fields.Certifications in project management or telecommunications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, TM Forum, CCNA) – preferred.Knowledge of signaling and data transmission protocols in telecommunications networks, such as SS7, Diameter, SIP, HTTP/2.Experience with OSS/BSS systems, particularly in configuration, integration, and testing in Core environments.Practical knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL, PL/SQL) and data management tools (e.g., SQL Developer).Programming and process automation skills using Python, XML/XSLT, JSON.Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and version control systems (Git, GitLab).Knowledge of issue tracking and reporting systems, such as JIRA Service Desk.Understanding of Core network architecture (4G, 5G, IMS, VoLTE) and 3GPP standards.Experience in integrating and managing network elements in the Core domain, such as MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF, NEF, NRF.Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, creating technical specifications, and translating business requirements into technical ones.Excellent proficiency in English and Japan (both spoken and written).

Your responsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and gather detailed technical requirements.Managing and resolving client issues, escalating more complex matters to the R&D team.Overseeing the implementation of the OSS system using skills in SQL, Python and JMeter.Conducting comprehensive tests to ensure system compliance with performance and functionality requirements.Documenting and tracking progress and issues in JIRA.Preparing detailed reports and keep records updated for ongoing projects and changes.Taking initiative in identifying and eliminating areas for improvement.Developing and implementing ROM/BPM scripts to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
