The Bonadio Group is currently seeking an Analyst in our Corporate Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, auditing, accounting, financial reporting, equity research, investment banking, transaction advisory or business valuation, and be highly motivated with the desire to build relationships and provide superior client-service.
Responsibilities
Perform research and financial modeling to support investment banking, transaction advisory and valuation advisory engagements
Gather pertinent insight and data for analysis and advisory purposes
Conduct research on clients, competitors, industries, and capital markets, including market transactions, market multiples, financial ratios, and benchmarking
Develop, review, and modify financial models incorporating various valuation and transaction pricing methodologies
Develop and maintain supporting documentation work files and working papers to support all underlying transaction and valuation-related assumptions
Assist in the preparation of reports supporting investment banking, transaction advisory and valuation advisory engagements
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
A minimum of two years’ experience in an assurance-related practice with a public accounting firm, preferably with a focus on for-profit entities
Experience with research tools, financial database platforms, and financial analysis and analytical tools
Progress toward, achievement of or desire to obtain an applicable professional designation (ASA, CPA, CVA, CBA or CFA)
Proven financial modeling, research, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
The salary range for this opportunity is between $58,000 - $70,000 per year and is commensurate with experience.
Hours Of Operation:
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Fridays
We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
