Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Intellectual Property team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Intellectual Property team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of the Intellectual Property industry, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. 

Job Responsabilities:

Perform and synthesize in-depth industry, technology, and company-specific researchReview, organize, analyze, and summarize financial, marketing, and other documents produced by clientsBuild detailed financial models (i.e., discount cash flow, comparable market/transaction, weighted average costs of capital)Develop and communicate clear takeaways from such information with consideration for qualitative and quantitative factorsWrite detailed, persuasive reports and prepare PowerPoint presentationsCommunicate effectively with an array of team members, including senior leaders and clients, in a structured and thoughtful mannerSuccessfully manage working on multiple concurrent, often vastly different, engagements

QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance or accounting required, engineering or technical background is a plusAcademic success – minimum 3.5 GPAProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and oral communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, flexibilityExceptional analytical skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentProgress towards relevant certifications is a plus, such as CFA, CPA, ASA, etc.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
