Key Responsibilities:
The Data Protection Privacy Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of Data Protection Privacy programs. The analyst provides ongoing support of these programs by ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The Data Protection Privacy Analyst works closely with management and internal stakeholders and is part of a strategic and comprehensive cybersecurity team that is accountable for ensuring compliance in accordance with regulatory expectations, risk appetite, organizational risk practices and evolving business practices.
Assist team with the implementation of the Data Protection Privacy strategy programs
Understand and provide daily support in the activities related to the implementation of end-to-end capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Protection, Data Privacy, Data Rights Management, Data Encryption Tokenization, Data Classification, and Data Security in the cloud
Collaborate with internal partners to evaluate potential compliance areas and documents gaps to ensure full compliance with data protection privacy regulations
Interpret relevant laws, regulations, policies, and related guidance to enhance processes, policies, standards, or programs, in support of cybersecurity responsibilities

3 years in STEM-related field
Understanding of Data Protection and Privacy standards and regulations local, domestic, and global
Skill in communicating with all levels of management (e.g., interpersonal skills, approachability, effective listening skills, proper use of style and language for the audience)
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment to deadlines, with the ability to address multiple activities concurrently
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
