This is a permanent position and requires you to be in the Hammersmith office 4 days per week.
About the Role & Team
This position sits within the Quality Management team who are responsible for driving quality management standards, metrics and processes across Content Operations in EMEA. This is a key initiative for the business and focuses on a data driven approach to monitoring, analysing and improving operational performance and quality of final content assets.
You will be the part of a lean team and will have responsibility over a suite of metrics that support our business. You will be accountable for the preparation and analysis of key metrics, as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes and develop action plans. As part of continuous improvement, you will also own projects that will support identification of the ‘right’ metrics/processes to drive business improvement, and work alongside technical teams to develop the data and business solutions to support this.
What You Will Do
Ensure that data utilised in reporting is accurate and supports business needs
Responsible for analysis of metrics/large sets of data and identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement
Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the Content Operations team in evaluating outputs and developing improvement plans
Partner with internal teams to ensure we can capture data in systems and move away from manual tracking
Support in preparation of key reporting outputs (dashboards, presentations)
Collaborate with internal technology teams to develop solutions that support future metrics development and reporting capabilities including defining requirements and validating outputs
Own projects (or components of projects) that work towards improving overall business improvement
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in an analytical and/or a business analysis role
Proven experience in data analysis to drive business outcomes
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
High proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to develop metrics/KPIs to support business performance
Demonstrable experience working effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Presentation and influencing skills
Strong organisational, prioritisation skills
