Key Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for providing financial oversight across the Hubs, ensuring efficient accounting processes and adherence to company standards. It involves managing financial operations, delivering accurate reports, and implementing best practices to enhance financial analysis and workflows. The role also includes analyzing financial data to optimize processes and ensure compliance with financial control audit requirements. Additionally, this role includes guiding and mentoring a team, promoting their professional development and overseeing their performance

Develop, implement, and maintain standardized process to ensure consistency and accuracyAnalyze the data / tools / dashboards outcomes to collect valuable and actionable informationDevelopment and delivery of financial analyses, and provision of accurate financial supporting to hubs Finance officeManagement of direct reports/dotted line reports, comms, reviews, knowledge skills and abilities sharing/development, coaching, etc.Plans and conducts assessments and audits to measure station financial control compliance with company policies and procedures across AO Business Office

NOTE: This position is based at the ASC (Arlington Service Center) in Arlington Heights, IL and considered as a hybrid work schedule.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):High school diploma or equivalent2 years of analytical work experience2 year of finance/accounting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to all employee levelsStrong skills in MS Office tools - Excel, Power point and PowerBiStrong interpersonal and time management skillsStrong data analysis and problem solving skills.Ability to build consensus and relationships across the organization.Provide leadership to the team by effectively training them to ensure all team adhere to standard processes.Plan, develop and implement an audit program to adequately identify and assess risks in AO Business OfficeProvide leadership to the direct reports to ensure accomplishment of goals set by the management team.
