What is the opportunity?

You will have the opportunity to work in Global Credit Systems Solutions (GCSS) supporting the Client Credit Management System (CCMS) application and multiple satellite services, in support of Corporate Banking and Global Credit’s strategic goals. As an Analyst in Global Credit Systems Solutions (GCSS), you will work and collaborate with teams across RBC to support day to day needs across our applications and efficiently manage primary responsibilities.

What will you do?

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end processes of provisioning, modifying and revoking user access related requests to our systems. This includes the following:Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the request aligns with the users access requirements.Validating access dependencies (ie: compliance standards, client access approvals)Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requestsMonitor critical reports to ensure processes are actioned in a timely manner.Support client transfer changes by collaborating with business groups as required to ensure smooth transition.Assist with general application support through general inquires related to user access, troubleshooting issues with application workflow/logic, providing guidance, raising issues, and working with IT support for updates as required.Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate progress and work to resolve any roadblocks or issues interfering with any of your responsibilities.

Additional Responsibilities may include:

Support delivery of team initiatives by participating in reviewing User Acceptance Test (UAT) test cases completed by IT and execute some Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) test casesLead analysis and documentation of requirements for smaller/less complex projects.Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, and that any stakeholders receive timely and ongoing communication.Identify inefficiencies in role and improve through collaboration with IT.

Inherent sense of ownership and initiativeAbility to collect, analyse, interpret and query data using excel and SQLVery strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a logical mind-setExcellent communication – clear and concise oral, written and presentation skillsProven ability to collaborate and maintain/build relationshipsSome experience in a Business Analyst or Business System Analyst type role.Undergraduate degree

Nice-to-have:

An understanding of corporate lending processesA love of innovation and technologyDegree with a focus in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other quantitative fields
