Your Responsibilities 

Coordinate origination initiatives by working closely with colleagues within Corporate Finance team and from Sector and Strategic Product teams on pitchbook materials for M&A, fund raising, Independent Financial Advisory (“IFA”) and valuation advisory mandatesLiaise with colleagues from various teams to ensure quality and timeliness of materials Support execution for Corporate Finance projects / mandatesDay-to-day project management and process control with regular interface with client representativesRun complex valuation and financial analysis, including development and maintenance of financial models, trading and transaction comparable analysisDraft presentation and marketing materials, such as teaser, information memorandum, management presentationCoordinate data room processes, administer Q&A logistics and follow upDraft process documentation for process materials, such as process letter, bid letter and other transaction documentCoordinate with more senior members of the deal execution team and obtain requisite internal sign-offsParticipate in recruiting and helping to organize training sessions for Corporate Finance analysts and interns  Develop database of Corporate Finance marketing materials and best practice templates

Your Profile

Degree holder from reputable universityIdeally between 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or related financial servicesKnowledge in fundamental and market-oriented valuation methodsPossess strong analytical skills, methodical and meticulous with competencies to perform financial modeling and financial analysisStrong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlinesHighly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and word processing applicationsSelf-motivated and confident team player with a high degree of initiativeExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishAsian language ability will be an added advantage
