The position will be responsible for the relationship between data partners and online publishing vendors tasked with publishing of related performance data. The individual in this position will possess basic knowledge of custom financial products and web publishing. With a publishing perspective, this person will support new business offerings and enhancements and be immersed in all new related online investment publishing offerings. For new offerings or changes to existing services, the SME will manage small projects for implementation or change, both internally and with vendors.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesManage work intake forms for Investment Publishing online content including troubleshooting performance number discrepancies for 10,000 fund pages\nCoordinating with online vendor to open tickets for errors showing online in the vendor territory of pages\nCompliance/RP submissions for new and recurring production work\nManaging the fund addition / change process for fund information to show online (new plans, plan changes in fund lineups, etc.)\nQuarter-end process - fact sheets, QDIA fact sheets, CP fact sheets (PDFs) production duties to update quarterly numbers\nQuarter-end process – QIU production duties to update quarterly numbers\nSupporting QDIA maintenance (changes in QDIA fact sheet PDF lineups)\nRedirecting retail/brokerage/life insurance data changes to appropriate IT staff and opening internal tickets to monitor\nSupport possible increase in CIT availability (SECURE 2.0)\nSupport growth in RetirePlus implementations by helping to troubleshoot data that is published online Publish content to our public-facing websites\nworking in multiple content management systems, including Adobe Experience Manger (AEM), Oracle Web Center Sites (FatWire), and Sitecore (preferred)\nCommunicate frequently with internal clients from across lines of business and support areas to create desired web experiences and troubleshoot issues as needed\nManage multiple projects, multiple internal clients and multiple workflow environments simultaneously\nDevelop expertise in the user interfaces of all our web publishing systems, the different environments of each, what work is done in which environments, and how they interact\nMaintain familiarity with IT Release calendar and associated outages and upgrades in order to communicate system availability to internal clients\nSupport the QA and testing of new templates, template changes and new functional elements released by Development partners\nWork quickly, efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple requests simultaneously that may be in different stages of workflow\nArticulate to non-technical clients what Investment Publishing supports, and does not support, and provide suitable alternatives for non-supported requests\nPartner with the Web Production Support team as the Web Publishing Team, communicating outages and elevating larger production issuesEducational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
