Conagra Brands, forma parte de la creación de algo GRANDE. **Job Summary** This position will be responsible for the registration of new business and the renewal of current business registrations in support of Global Market sales opportunities. Work must be completed in a timely, accurate manner, in accordance with our CAG way values in order to ensure no impact to the business (missed sales). The role will require working with multiple functions to provide the support needed for branded, coordinated brands and food service items sold internationally. The position will require taking a leadership role with the other global market service coordinators. **Position Responsibilities** + Manage multiple cross functional partners, including but not limited to Quality Managers, Sr. Microbiologists, Co-manufacturing Managers , Food Labeling Specialists, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Customer Service Representatives, to procure the information below required to register products for sale in the country of interest: Ingredient Statements, Ingredient Range Breakdowns, Nutritional Information, Chemical and Physical Product Information, Microbiological Information, Process Flow documents + Responsible for maintaining a goodwill relationship with the Nebraska State of Agriculture, Secretary of State and Consulates that ensures the timely receipt of signatures and documents listed below, as required by the country of interest: Certificate of Free Sale, Apostille stamp, Notary, Letter of Authorization + Lead and coordinate weekly meetings with Sales Business Development Directors, Marketing Managers and Supply Chain Analysts to align on priority business requests for the team. Lead with recommendations based on fit to strategy, key customer and greatest impact to business (Net Sales, Gross Margin) + Responsible for publishing action items and ensuring follow up from the weekly meetings described above; in a timely and accurate manner + Lead and communicate a summary report, on a quarterly basis, to the VPGM Global Markets and Sr Sales Director, detailing the status of Net Sales and Gross Margin provided to the business through the work of the team + Responsible for providing guidance and coaching/mentorship to other team members on an ongoing basis + Responsible for training all new incumbents to the Global Market Service Coordinator role + Participate in cross functional project meetings by providing feedback on the registration timeline and requirements to the project owner and project manager. + Lead process improvements; document and outline processes established by the team. **Position Qualifications** + College degree preferred, minimum 2 years accepted + Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Corporate document control role required + Customer service experience is a benefit + Proficient interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) + Detail oriented and self-motivator + Proven ability to work in a matrix organization + Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, high volume workload + Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Adobe; experience with Oracle and SAP are a benefit + Ability to sit and work at a desk/computer for long periods of time + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, if needed + Available to travel 20% of the time Conagra Brands o sus filiales son empleadores con igualdad de oportunidades y consideran solicitantes de empleo calificados(as) sin tener en cuenta sexo, raza, color de piel, religión, origen étnico o nacional, género, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, edad, embarazo, estado de incapacidad, discapacidad, estado de veterano(a), información genética y/o cualquier otra característica o estado protegido por la ley nacional, federal, estatal o local.
