Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic BD Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis & Planning User & Market Research Market Research Competitor Analysis and MS PowerPoint. Experience in Retail Banking is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive business analysis and planning to support strategic initiatives.Perform detailed user and market research to identify trends and opportunities.Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for business growth.Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and competitive landscape.Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with market demands.Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.Develop and maintain market research databases to track industry trends.Assist in the development of business plans and strategies.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success.Support the development of marketing strategies based on research findings.Ensure all research activities are conducted ethically and comply with company policies.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications

Possess strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis and planning.Have expertise in user and market research methodologies.Demonstrate proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.Be skilled in creating presentations using MS PowerPoint.Experience in Retail Banking is a plus.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
